Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Training Classes We recognize that situations can change, and participants may need to adjust their plans accordingly. To provide flexibility while ensuring fair terms, we have refined our cancellation policy: 1. **Cancellation Period:** - Participants may cancel their registration up to 48 hours before the scheduled training class to receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the training class will be eligible for a credit toward future training sessions instead of a refund. 2. **Notification of Cancellation:** - Participants are required to notify us of their intention to cancel or reschedule in writing via email or through our online registration system. - The cancellation date will be determined based on the date and time the cancellation notice is received. 3. **Substitute Attendees:** - If a registered participant is unable to attend, they may send a substitute attendee in their place without incurring any additional charges. - The substitute attendee must meet any prerequisite requirements for the training class. 4. **Rescheduling:** - Participants may request to reschedule their attendance to a different class date, subject to availability, without incurring a cancellation fee, up to 48 hours before the scheduled training class. - Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the training class may be subject to a rescheduling fee. 5. **Cancellation by the Organizer:** - We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a training class due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. - In the event of cancellation by the organizer, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or the option to reschedule will be offered. 6. **Refund Process:** - Refunds for eligible cancellations made up to 48 hours before the class will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the cancellation request. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the training class will result in a credit applied toward future training sessions. By registering for our training classes, participants acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.
